52 Years Experience in operating, owning, and management of a construction company. Charlie has built multi-discipline projects ranging from building construction thru roadway and site development to include many projects for The United States Military. Today Mr. Deweese handles the day to day oversight of Charles Deweese Construction’s relationships with banking and business partners.
Tim joined CDCI in 2003 and serves as the company’s Executive Vice President. He is responsible for providing vision and direction for the company. Tim is involved in overall supervision of all departments at CDCI and has maintained yearly average sales of over $75 million. Tim has a combined total of 30 years of experience in the construction industry.
Jackie is also titled as CDCI’s Lead Resources Manager. Jackie ultimately directs or interacts with the utilization of all the companies many equipment assets on a daily basis and is instrumental in the successful construction of the majority of all CDCI projects. Jackie has over 24 years of experience in the construction industry.
Tanner, son of Charles Deweese, officially joined CDCI in 2016 and has a wealth of knowledge by being around the industry for many years. Tanner has become an excellent estimator and project manager of all phases associated with asphalt development. Tanner is responsible for asphalt management, including, controlling budgets, negotiating contracts, subcontracts, and providing day-to-day communication with the executive team to ensure jobs remain on schedule and within budget. Additionally, Tanner and his father work closely to the control the company’s finances and aid in the future development of CDCI. Tanner also graduated with B.S.B.A from the University of Louisville.
Clint Easley, Vice President of Estimating & Project Management
Clint joined CDCI in 2014 and has a total of 9 years in the civil construction industry. Clint has experience overseeing all phases of industrial multi-million-dollar civil construction projects as well as the private sector. Clint is responsible for Estimating & Total Project Management, including: Estimating all civil construction projects, controlling budgets, negotiating contracts, subcontracts, and providing/leading day-to-day communication with the project management team to ensure jobs remain on schedule and within budget.
With a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Western Kentucky University, Austin has 6 years in the construction industry as a whole and has been active in all facets of civil construction from Surface Mining & Mass Excavation to Surface Asphalt. Austin’s daily role is to oversee several multi-million dollar active projects as well as maintaining constant coordination with the project team & estimating staff ensuring projects stay under budget and maintain schedule.
With over 35 Years of experience in the construction industry Terry leads the estimating department at CDCI. Terry holds a 2-year Technical Degree in Civil and Highway Technology and was a partner in a large general contracting company prior to joining CDCI. Terry has vast knowledge in both commercial and civil construction.
With 25 years’ experience in the heavy civil industry, Chad began his construction career straight from the military as a laborer. Chad then progressed to Party Chief on a Survey Crew. Following that he was moved to a foreman position. After serving several years serving as a heavy civil construction foreman, Chad moved up to General Superintendent here at Charles Deweese Construction. Chad is currently the lead Project Manager overseeing all TDOT and KYTC work. Chad has managed many large, high profile private commercial and DOT projects throughout his career.

Jake joined CDCI in January of 2020 and has 7 years of experience in the industry. With his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Western Kentucky University and a strong background in mass excavation and reclamation projects, Jake is responsible for overseeing all phases of multiple projects in the private sector to ensure CDCI delivers on time and within budget.
Zach is the Safety Director for CDCI. He holds the following certifications: Certified Safety and Health Specialist (CSHS), OSHA Outreach Trainer, OSHA 511, OSHA 510, OSHA 30 Hour, MSHA Part 46 Certified, Certified Equal Opportunity Officer, Certified Drug/Alcohol Test Collector, KYTC Traffic Control Technician, KYTC Traffic Control Supervisor, KYTC Certified Basic Work Zone Flagging Trainer, 1st Aid/CPR/BBP/AED Certified, USACE CQM certified. Zach holds a B.S. Interdisciplinary Studies, attended Western Kentucky University for 4 years. He also served as a Deputy Sherriff in Simpson County KY for 2 years.
Josh joined CDCI in 2018 with technical and marketing knowledge and has taken on many facets here with the CDCI Team. Josh is responsible for scheduling projects and measuring the production for our many jobsites. Josh’s responsibilities include scheduling, website design, and social media marketing, and handling the processes related to field documents and daily reports. Josh also graduated with B.S.B.A from the University of Louisville. Josh holds USACE CQM and OSHA 10 certifications.
